The languages Bizinly speaks, and how a document's own language is decided.
Bizinly's interface, its printed documents and its e-mails are all translatable, and a document's own language can be entirely independent of whichever language the person working on it prefers.
Languages
The app ships with English (UK and US), German, Italian, Croatian and Serbian (Latin script). A person picks their own interface language from the top bar; it follows their account across every part of Bizinly.
Document language
Every document — a quote, an order, an invoice, a contract — has its own language, independent of the viewer's:
- The document form's Document language field offers Automatic, or a specific language chosen by hand.
- Automatic resolves to your own business's language when the customer is billed in your home country, and a sensible international default otherwise.
- Whatever is resolved is used for everything that leaves the business for that document: the print preview, the PDF, the public link, the e-mail (matched to a template in that language, or the standard text), and, for a contract, its own wording.
- It carries forward automatically through the document's lifecycle — a repeating invoice passes its language to every invoice it creates, and cloning or converting a document (for example, quote to order) keeps the language it already had.
This means a document's language, once resolved, is exactly what an integration reading or rendering that document should expect — it does not change with who happens to be looking at it inside the app.
