Documents in your customer's language
Send every customer their invoice in the language they actually read.
A document can go out in a different language than the one you use inside Bizinly — so a customer abroad reads their invoice in their own language, while your team keeps working in whichever language it prefers.
- On a document's form, the Document language field offers Automatic or a specific language.
- Automatic follows a simple rule: your home country's language for a customer billed in your home country, and a sensible international default otherwise. Pick a specific language on the document whenever you want to override that.
- Whatever is chosen becomes the language for everything that leaves your business for that document: the print preview, the PDF, the public link, the e-mail's subject and body (matched to a template in that language, or the standard text), and — for a contract — its own wording.
- It carries forward automatically: a repeating invoice passes its language to every invoice it creates, and cloning or converting a document (quote → order, for instance) keeps the language it had.
- Company identifiers such as your tax and registration numbers are always labelled the same way, whatever language the rest of the document is in.
