What's coming next
What Bizinly does today, honestly, and what is still on the roadmap.
Bizinly is under active development. This page is here so you always know where the edges are — Lucy, the in-app assistant, gives the same honest answer if you ask her for something that is not built yet.
Available today
Quotes, sales orders, proformas, invoices and credit notes; customers, contacts and products; a sales pipeline for deals and leads; purchase orders and suppliers; contracts, with online signing and a contract that can start its own repeating invoice automatically; repeating invoices; automatic payment reminders; online payments (card, PayPal and more) on the shared invoice link, plus bank transfer; document branding, per-language documents and e-mail templates; a public link, PDF and e-mail for every document; team messaging on documents; notifications in the app, by e-mail and by SMS; two-factor authentication; and Lucy, the AI assistant built into every screen.
On the roadmap
- Inventory, warehouses and shipments. Purchasing (purchase orders and suppliers) is already live; stock levels, warehouses and shipment tracking are next — see Inventory and warehouses for what's designed so far.
- Deeper reporting on the sales pipeline — conversion rates per stage, how long a deal typically takes to close.
- More document statuses that a single business can customise on its own — today, renaming or recolouring a status is an administrator's job.
- Connections to the accounting and e-commerce tools you already use. Bizinly's own connector already lets Lucy and other AI assistants read and write your data; direct connections to specific third-party tools are planned next.
- Subscription billing for Bizinly itself, so a growing team can add or change seats without talking to us first.
None of this changes what already works — quotes, orders, invoices, payments and the rest are the same product your business runs on today.
