What we collect, why, and what you can ask of us.

Who we are
Bizinly is provided by two companies:
- Ingenium d.o.o., Kaninska 29, 31000 Osijek, Croatia, for customers in the European Union;
- Technobuffs Solutions Ltd., The Cartwheel, London Road East, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP7 9DT, United Kingdom, for customers everywhere else.
The company you have your subscription with is responsible for your personal data. This policy covers bizinly.com, the Bizinly apps and the products built on Bizinly, including Store4 (store4.com) and Lucy (justlucy.ai). Each website's cookies are described in its own cookie policy.
Your business data is yours
The customers, orders, invoices and other records you keep in Bizinly belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, on your instructions. This policy is about the data we hold about you.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, work e-mail address, company and role, your sign-in and security settings, and a record of sign-ins and changes that keeps the account secure.
- Billing: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card details go straight to the payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Lucy: what you ask Lucy, the assistant built into Bizinly, and the records you let her work with, so that she can answer.
- Contact: what you tell us when you book a call, write to us or ask for help.
- Website visits: only if you accept analytics cookies. See the cookie policy.
Why we use it
- to provide the service and bill for it, under our contract with you;
- to keep accounts secure and to prevent abuse, which is in our legitimate interest;
- to keep the records the law requires, such as invoices;
- to measure our websites, only with your consent.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted providers for parts of the service. Each processes data only for its own part, under a contract with us:

If data is processed outside the European Union or the United Kingdom, it is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as the account is open. Invoices and other accounting records for as long as tax law requires. Messages for as long as they help us support you.
Security
All connections are encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it, two-factor authentication is available for every account, and data is backed up so it is not lost.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or hand it over in a portable format. You can object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Croatia the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes. We tell customers about important changes.
