Who you agree with

Bizinly is provided by two companies:

• Ingenium d.o.o., Kaninska 29, 31000 Osijek, Croatia, for customers in the European Union;
• Technobuffs Solutions Ltd., The Cartwheel, London Road East, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP7 9DT, United Kingdom, for customers everywhere else.

These terms cover bizinly.com, the Bizinly apps and the products built on Bizinly, including Store4 (store4.com) and Lucy (justlucy.ai). By using them you accept these terms for yourself and for the business you sign up.

Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; we recommend two-factor authentication.
• The account owner decides who on the team has access, and is responsible for the people they invite.

Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you choose the plan.
• The account owner pays. Prices include or add the taxes that apply to you, as shown.
• We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change; it applies from your next billing period.
• If a payment fails, access is paused until it is settled. Your data is kept in the meantime.
• Cancelling and refunds: see the refund policy.

Fair use

You may not use Bizinly, or a product built on it, to:

• break the law;
• send spam;
• access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service for others;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the software.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will tell you why.

Your data

Everything you put into Bizinly remains yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Lucy

Lucy, the assistant built into Bizinly, prepares drafts and suggestions. Check them before you rely on them: the decisions are yours.

Our software and brands

Bizinly, Store4 and Lucy, their software, designs and logos, belong to us. Use our logos only as described on the Brand Assets page.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, and we plan maintenance for quiet hours. We cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell customers about important changes before they apply. You can stop using Bizinly at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms.

Law and courts

If you agree with Ingenium d.o.o., Croatian law applies and the courts in Osijek decide disputes. If you agree with Technobuffs Solutions Ltd., the law of England and Wales applies and its courts decide disputes.
