USER GUIDE
My tasks
Everything assigned to you, from every project and order, on one board or in one table.
My tasks (in the sidebar) gathers your tasks from every project and sales order, so you don't have to open each project to know what's next.
Mine, or created by me
The switch at the top chooses whose tasks you're looking at:
- Mine — tasks you're one of the assignees of.
- Created by me — tasks you created, whoever is doing them. Handy for following up on work you handed out.
The count ("12 of 40 tasks"), the board, the table, the filters and the export all follow the switch.
Board
The default view: your tasks in the same status columns as a project board, each card naming its project or order. Drag a card to another column to change its status (the people on the task are notified); click it to open the side panel. Each column loads 20 cards with Show more; the Done column shows the most recently finished.
Table
Switch to Table for a list you can work through:
- Open / Done / All pills with counts, and the search box.
- Sort by due date, status or task.
- Filters by project (or tasks with no project) and by label, shown as chips.
- Columns for the task, its project or order, labels, assignees, priority, due date and status, with the checklist and subtask badges next to the title.
- Export downloads everything the table currently matches — all pages — as a CSV file.
New task
+ New task creates a task from here: give it a title, find the project by typing its number or name (only projects you can add tasks to are offered), pick the assignees from that project's members, the status, priority and due date. The new task then opens in the side panel.
