Reminders and notifications
Who hears about what in Projects — and how each person chooses the bell, e-mail or SMS for every kind.
Projects tells people what concerns them, through the same bell, e-mail and SMS as the rest of Bizinly (see Notifications). Each kind of Projects notification is separate, so you can keep the ones you want where you want them.
The seven kinds

| Your timer was stopped automatically | You, when a forgotten timer was stopped for you — with what was logged. |
Nobody is notified about their own actions. A notification links straight to the task.
Due-date reminders
Reminders go to a task's assignees only, and only for open tasks (not done or cancelled) in projects that are still running — tasks of completed, cancelled or archived projects are left alone. Each reminder is sent once per task and due date; if the due date moves, the reminders follow the new date. They go out in the morning, never at night. When reminders are first used, only recently overdue tasks are announced, so nobody is flooded with an old backlog.

Choose how you hear about each one
Open Account → Notifications. Projects has its own group with a row for each of the seven kinds, and the same switches as everything else:
- In the app — the bell. On by default for every Projects kind; untick it and you won't get that kind at all.
- E-mail — off by default; tick it for the kinds you want in your inbox.
- SMS — off by default; shown once your workspace has text messages set up.
Pause in the same place quiets everything for an hour, a day or a week.
